I worked with a science teacher to instruct a one week summer program for Mat-Su School District Talented Gifted Program. Some lessons included:

A field trip to Hatcher Pass to learn about beaver ecology and make field sketches

Science illustration of animal skulls

Learning to use and draw from microscope slides. We did one activity that the students enjoyed where one person made observations and described what they saw for the other person to draw.
